Menu of FIOS on-demand channels/programs?

Can anyone point me to a list of on-demand channels/shows available on Verizon's FIOS TV? I don't mean pay-per-view movies, but rather TV shows that are available on-demand. I'm thinking of switching from DirecTV to FIOS and want to see what FIOS offers in this area, but their site's not that helpful. Thanks!
