Hi, My name is Diamond. I am just your average teenager ready to stop sitting around. I'm am the happiest point in my life so far and I'm just missing that one thing. I'm a big dreamer. I want to become an actress, model, singer, dancer, open tons of businesses; the works! I'm being comfortable for now. Taking online classes. Soaking in life. I'll start pursuing the bigger things in 3 years tops. I'm ready to start small, but It be hit [make a good bit amount of moo-lah] I'm good with photography, advertising (making business cards and framed doo-dads like such), pretty much anything put in front of me. Whatever it is doesn't even have to be those things. I've thought about selling Mary Kay, but I do live in a small town. I wouldn't mind doing something online. I just need some ideas and opinions from my superiors. All you successful adults out there willing to lead me; I am listening
This is something I am itching to do. I’m at that point in my life to where I’m very conscious to the fact that the decision I make could ultimately mold my future. & I want to do it right. I’m sick of just sitting around. I’m bored lol.
I’d have to say photography is definitely my passion; the one thing I would do for free for the rest of my life. The thing that worries me though is I don’t have any professional experience although they honestly look like the real deal. I’ve taught myself around Photoshop, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I do little projects here and there. [Business cards, fliers, etc.] I seem to really like that kind of stuff too, because I have a really creative eye and LOVE decorating.
I know for sure I need to meet more people and have more connections. The town is small, but I’m sure I can start a little something. I have no clue where or how to start. I’d like to go ahead and establish something before I have to get the degree, if you know what I mean.
I hear all these stories kids even younger than me starting up businesses out of their home with homemade jewelry or just washing cars. I try to have these conversations with my Dad, but I don’t think he gets how bad I want it and how serious I am. It doesn’t help that he’s a procrastinator so plans almost never come through. I am willing to do this myself and have everybody be like…”Wow, she was serious and did it.”
I have a lot of Ideas and would love advice. And I thought It would be a great idea to find a mentor; to talk to and have my questions answered in a professional yet easy way to follow.
