I am trying to control my anger and it isn't working very well. I love my family and the people around me very much but sometimes I lose control and im a totally different person. I have tried many anger techniques and different stress relief things such as yoga and exercise and slow music when i go to sleep but its not working. I sometimes get so mad I hit or say things to hurt the people I love the most. I want to go to a mental health facility but i have no insurance and no money. I need help. Any advice?
