I have read enough about burnout counselors or providers and it is recommended they seek help. I know Counselors/social workers (graduate level/licensed) go through supervision. But I would like to hear from counselors/psychologists or any mental health-care provider who went to therapy to grow further in life and how it's helped them professionally and personally. Also were you more inclined to talk to a trusted friend or actually seek professional counseling (why or why not?)
