please help! when iam on my period and iam seating down a lil of blood drops in the pad but when i get up i feel like alot coming out which make's me feel nasty because i can feel like a lot just rolling down and sometimes i can leak alot from the sides of the pads which stains my pants sometimes and the back and front also gets leaked on! and its so emberrasing do i need longer pads and more observent? what do you sugggest can work and help? thank you for your help
