Well, men should also brush their teeth, floss, use mouthwash, comb their hair, cut their finger and toenails, and clean their ears out with cotton swabs, if you would consider these grooming techniques. If a man is excessively hairy, I see nothing wrong with him lightly plucking his eyebrows, trimming nose hair, waxing back hair, etc. but only if the hair really is excessive and men should NOT get their eyebrows waxed and shaped, that's just silly.
My personal opinion is that men who are actors/in a theatre group are the only ones who should be wearing makeup, and only if they are acting or on stage.
Now cute gay men, that's a different story altogether...
