Yes marriage is about love not money, i know that as do most men; however that concept is lost on most women who are biologically programmed according to evolutionary psychologists to seek out men with "resources' to support them and "their" children...in non PC speak, they seek men with MONEY. 50% of marriages endi in divorce; of these most are initiated by the woman, and most are no-fault divorce, I.e. the woman got bored, the woman wanted his money and wants to leave, or some other stupid reason. To top that off, some moron judges or legislatures way back when decided that marriage automatically entitles women to half of a mans assets, even his personal savings consisting of money earned BEFORE the marriage, and every thing HE bought or paid for DURING marriage, which is BLATANTLY unfair, and sexist. 9 times out of 10 the person who comes out financially ruined from a marriage is the man...im not saying there are cases when they deserve that, i.e cheating and such, but many men are ruined by unjust reasons from vindictive and greedy women as well as the golddiggers...given this to me it seems getting married is the surest way for a man to end up on the streets or paying some horrible woman money for the rest of his life given the ridiculously high divorce rate...ive come to sever al conclusions..
1) Theres a good chance you will get divorced; it will be initiated by your "
wife"
2) She will likely try to take all of your money just for the sake of ruining you...regardless of the reasons for the divorce
3) Unless you have the best lawyer in the country; you will ALWAYS loose in the biased sexist courts.
perhaps if it wasnt so likely that a guy will be divorced by his wife for no reason, marriage wouldnt be such a risky move...you have a better chance of getting financially ruined by marriage than playing roulette....and women wonder why their boyfriends are afraid of asking them to get married...
