memory problems.. uh.. severe

hi.. im 23 yr old male from mysore,. off late iv been facing severe memory problems... sometimes i forget even things i saw a few seconRAB ago but can remeraber clearly what has happened 2 days ago.. i cannot recall names, loose track of time and days. please help
 
Hi..are you under a lot of anxiety lately or focussed on something personal that's taking up a lot of your thinking time?

Have you cut out carbs lately?

How are you eating? anything that you're consuming in food or medications or supplements over the past while?
