"meminfo" for Palm TX

Hi All,

MemInfo (the application) has the following command options in it's menu:

Flush DBCache (Memfill)
Flush DBCache (Hotsync)
Copy to Memo
Compact Dynamic Heap
Compact Storage Heap


Which one do I choose to free up cache (I'm assuming one of the top two)? What does this all mean?
