If the Melbourne Storm are unable to accrue any points due to salary cap issue, are the two points awarded to other team regardless of result? Or is it possible for both teams to get no points if Storm win? And, if points are awarded to non Storm team regardless, was table recalculated to account for losses to Storm earlier in season?
