Melbourne restaurants with good vegetarian options?

I would like to know of good restaurants in Melbourne with decent options for a vegetarian. I don't want a vegetarian only restaurant though. Would love italian or italian inspired, or modern Australian in the inner eastern suburbs or the city. e.g. have enjoyed The Grand (Richmond), Centonove (Kew), Stokehouse (St Kilda), but would like somewhere new. There doesn't have to be a hugely vegetarian menu, just a few options per course would be good. Somewhere nice though as it's a special occasion.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
