Meet the Fockers branching DVD?

I remember the Region 2 version of the Meet the Fockers DVD being advertised as having a special branching version, where you can watch an extended edition of the film. But, I've just rented the DVD, and can't find the branching option anywhere! Anyone know what happened? Is it there as an easter egg, or not at all? If they haven't included it then that's pretty bad, because I remember the TV aRAB at the time actually saying the DVD had restored footage.

Although many rental dvd's lack the extras of their retail counterparts ,thats not the case here,or at least not with an extended version.
I have the retail version and among the extras are a selection of deleted scenes presented in the normal way. There is no way to integrate them into the film.
I would be surprised if a handy extra like that would be hidden as an Easter Egg

Yeah, I doubt there's an easter egg as well. It looks like a case of misleading advertising. Here's a link to one of the sites that originally reported on it: http://www.dvdtimes.co.uk/content.php?contentid=56898

I can't find any mention anywhere on the net about why it wasn't included when they said it was. Although, I know the region 1 DVD definitely has the branching version, so it's easy to see where the mistake was made.

Shame though. I only rented it to see the "extended" version!
