Medtronics Verte-Stack CAPSTONE PEEK

One year ago, I had a lurabar surgery, L2-S1. My doctor used the Medtronics Verte-Stack CAPSTONE PEEK. When I woke up from surgery, I was in more pain than I expected. After several months of not getting better a lurabar xray and a MRI was ordered. The films showed the devise had migrated out and was pressing on a nerve root. I was scheduled for another surgery to remove this faulty part, which has let me in extreme pain and permanent nerve damage. My question is, has this happened to anyone else? If so what if anything can be done to help with the pain and weakness.
