Mmkay, just to be safe, I'm gonna find some good medium breeds as well.
My chosen career is Dog Trainer, but they don't exactly have a rent-a-dog service to learn with. I was hoping for a large breed dog but I might have to settle with medium, due to dog food expenses.
Once again, we'll be moving to Uath and it snows there so I need a dog who is okay with cold weather. We have two cata, both female 6 year olds, Layla the tortoiseshell with hip displaysia, hot spots and osteoarthritis, she's...bad tempered. Scratches everyone but my sister. And Taloose, healthy angel, doesnt ever scratch.
I love them both and I don't want anything to happen to them. So the breed has to be friendly with cats.
We'll be living in an apartment, so it's gotta be okay with that, but keep in mind I plan on daily looong walks (or runs/park visits) if needed!
Shedding isn't a problem in the least. No-one's allergic, so that ain't an issue.
MUST be easy or medium difficulty to train. It's gonna be meant to help me become a dog trainer so it'll be used to train constantly, both me and the dog.
