I am 16 year old girl (if age has anything to do with it) I'm not sure how long i have had it but it is extremely painful to the touch. from the knuckle of my index and the knuckle of my middle finger its about that big and its visible. I haven't been sick in a while, my throat doesn't hurt or my ear, only the lump. it doesn't hurt when i don't touch it but it does when i tilt my head to my shoulder.
please, what could this be?
