I signed up for a meditation class a few weeks back, booked a place paid for the 6 weeks. Then on Monday I get a call from my physiotherapist my appointments have been changed to the same day as the meditation classes. As there is no way I can miss physio I contacted the meditation people explaining the situation and asking for a refund. They said that out of 'kindness' they would be willing to let me transfer the course to another day but the don't do the course I want except on Wednesdays (physio day). I have checked the terms and conditions and yes it says they don't give refunds but as it was a situation completely out my control, I feel I should be entitled to my money back. Any ideas?
