i got a new computer and from the store i bought it they installed medieval 2 total war.But when i started playing the grand campaign after 5 or 6 minutes of playing the game stopped and i couldnt move the cursor and after 5 seconds the screen was blank and there was nothing except for blank picture for about a minute.Then the picture came back and the game resumed.And the more i played the game more often this was happening.I shut down the computer and the next day when i turned it on and played medieval 2 total war the game was ok for 15 minutes and then this thing started again.pls help??
p.sThe monitor wasn't turned off it was always on adn this only happened during the grand campaign,when i was in a battle it never happened
