Medieval 2 total war Installation problem?

When I put in the disk, it pops up the menu thing that say play, install, and some websites of the company that made Medieval 2 total war. When I click on install, it pops up the demo shield thing and it disappear and it doesn't appear the installation page. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!! How do I fix this?
