I saw one where the mans face was literally a hole...his entire face. You could just see pieces of small bones, a whole lot of flesh/red/bloody, of course.... They stuck a straw in to his wind pipe for lung function, etc.... they do full face replacement surgery nowadays but this was like 5 years ago..I couldnt eat for weeks after that sight.
