Medicine prob?!!! Plz help!!?

I'm 14. I have a sinus infection/ cold. For the past few days I have been taking different cold/sinus medicine, with advil. So tonight, I took night- quill (spelling), with one advil pm. Is this harmful to me, even though i didn't take s full dose of either? Plz help I'm really scared. Thx
