medicine and maths at university Australia?

hi guys
at the moment i am anticipating IB maths Standard level
so i am only allowed to do it a standard level not higher level
but i want to continue with my maths at university
so if i do medicine at melbourne uni or Monash uni
can i do maths along side this degree?
