it's sweeping the nation starting in California next up is my state of new york. My personal opinion is why is it so controversial. California has been famous for pot since the 60's, and chances are if your american you've indulged yourself more than once, or at least know plenty of other people who have. now it's being called medicinal but why not recreational. it gets alot of people away from rif-raf heroine addict drug dealers and into respectable establishments. and just so everyone knows i dont smoke pot so this isnt a biased opinion.
