Hi my husband is in Navy boot camp right now and he is having a hard time. He called me friday and was really depressed and upset. He is allergic to the dye in the black socks and keeps breaking out in rash. He has already been there 6 weeks and only has 3 more weeks to go. They really just need to let him wear different socks. They are trying to separate him I guess but they are sending out a waiver today. I don't know what any of this means. We really want him to just stay there and finish this thing out. Would they really discharge him without letting him change to different socks first? Do you know if this waiver will be approved or what does anyone think about this? I don't know when to expect to hear anything. the waiver goes out today.
