i cant get my medical records i had a heart attack in 2002 i was taking vioxx i just found out about the settlement it has been 8 years ago can i get records from cvs or doctors cvs said they dont have them that long ago is thers any way i can get them so i cam make a claim about vioxx that i had a heart attack taking vioxx or is it too late
 
I think they only have to keep them 7 years. Did you have medical insurance at that time? You might contact your insurance company because if they paid out, they might still have a record. Otherwise contact the attorneys handling the class action suits and see if they have suggestions.
You might also want to check with the hospital in the chance they have you in their records in storage
