Medical Examiner, Coroner, or Forensic Pathology?

Hey, im really intersted in the way people die, and i was wondering which one would be better?
Are Forensic Pathology the only ones to do autopsy?
But do Medical Examiners and Coroner still see how the person is and why they die?
Whats the difference bewteen a Medical Examiner and a Coroner?
And how hard is it to get a job as one?
