medical advice please!?!?urinary tract question?

I have started noticing in the past couple of months how often i get a urinary tract infections now i don't drink any kind of soda just water and tea and whenever i have sex i immediately go to the restroom and also wash with soap and water is there anything else i could possibly doing wrong
