Media Widget and Ipod?

I have the program MediaWidget (trial version) so I can take music off my ipod & transfer it to my itunes.The problem I am having is, MediaWidget doesn't recognize certain songs on my ipod,for example,the songs I bought from the itunes store.Everything else shows up BUT these songs I have purchased.

If anyone knows why this is or how I can get Media Widget to recognize those particular song,I'd really appreciate it.
 
Because most likely it's an incompatible file type...itunes by default makes all the songs of .aac file format, so check that out next, it's likely got something to do with this problem.
