Media sharing for xbox 360 help me plz ull get best answer?

yes ive hooked up my 360 to comp before and i could share my media .
i have dsl internet. Now i cant do anything my comp dosent show up on my 360. It says comp not listed. help me out plz.
 
It would help if we knew what type of router you are using or what operating system you are using.
But the basics - make your network, secure your network, get online with both at the same time to make sure your network is properly configured, enable file sharing and set up some shared folders on your PC.
 
go to your windows media player 11 and go to the library tab and don't click the full tab just the little tab right under where it says library, you'll see it, and than it will show a list of stuff and just look for media sharing, and there you go its all simple from there,
