I have over 500gigs of music on my external hd and i want to be able to play them in a player that wont be on my computers hd at all, is there any way to do this?
I dont think there is a way to do that but if you find a media player that has a USB port on it then it might work but there is no point since you have to plug the external hd in the power grid anyway and i am sure you can just copy your favorite music on a media player itself and listen to the music.
