Media Cover? How do I do it?

Ive heard of something called Media cover. How does that work? The thing is there is an old Nintendo 64 game that had some pretty cool music on it. And I am trying to figure out if there is a way I make some of the songs from that game an MP3 file on my computer so I can download it onto my MP3 player.
