MEDECINE i took 396mg of concerta in the past 24 hourrss bmi is 17.9 HELP?

i have been taking add pills since i was like 6 and i am use to them butt, i neededd to study and i took 2 54mg pills a while ago and i wasnnt really seeing any effectso i just took 2 more 54 mg concertas. I am not dyeing. I would know. but, i am like 97 pounds what do you suggest i do beside OMG GO TOTHE HOSPITAL YOUR GONNA DIE like whatt should i doo? because i neeeed to study i dont care i need to studyy... oh and i also take other meds too but they do not counter act oh I NEEEEEED A DOCTOR PLEASE TO READ THIS AND GIVE ME ADVICE I WILL GIVE MAJOR POINTS oh and ps i am not a druggie i am perscribed these pills
