I typically work out a half hour or so after dinner [but never sooner].
My work outs are usually about 2 hours with consist of light/moderate weight lifting [never more than 20 lb dumbbells] and a least a half hour of cardio. After wards i have a whey protein shake within 30 minutes after my work out.
Any tips on what to eat and when before and after my workouts?
Like what to have for dinner...or something of the sort.
