ME75 with beep after power on problem!!!!!!

I receive one pcs ME75 from customer with power on then off in 15s
i try convert to C75 with V079f, after flash it with Fullflash C75 phone have beep problem.
I can't Create new boot or Clear boot with Ver 079f and 110b
With ver 079f :
Auto Ignition...
Transfer boot...
BOOT is loaded...
Pause 2 sec...
Getting Information...
