Hello, few days ago I upgraded my me45 to s45i and everything was fine, but sometimes phone speaker was... dead? When I call, i can't hear what someone speak to me, but speaker works! I can hear "noise" from it, so it works, and this isn't happen always but sometimes.
After downgrade back to me45 speaker works well. I noticed that this happen only with SIM from one operator, other SIMs works good with both me45 and s45, and this is not SIM fault because it's work fine in other phones.
So definitly it's issue with upgraded phone... anyone have similar problems? It is there some trick to solve this?

No, I haven't experienced anything like this. How did you do the upgrade? Did U just put a fullflash in the phone, or Winswup & Patches solution? Theoretically I can imagine that in the fullflash case U might kill some calibration values, and that's why the phone fails.

I had same problem, and here is the solution and explanations:

BTW, you can use Skylord's Siemens Quick EEPROM features v3.3 to do the job... just flag "fix operator setting for S/Me45 -> S45i", set com port and click on start. Easy isn't it?

Thanks lalo, it seems that is my problem. Today I try this 68'th block trick and I hope it will work
