@pups: this looks like "CE20" chip issue, I had the same problem and repaired it this way: during the process you have to save a block of address from 1F0000h to 1FFFFFh from your ME45 eeprom (winth V-Klay)... then get proper ME45->S45i file and after flashing your ME45 to S45i you should put this eeprom data back, then unlock your phone with Siemens SME45 Tools v1.2 beta (I used to unlock my phone with this program, but it works also with other, of course)... btw. where exactly did you get your files for flashing ME45 to S45i?
