ME45 - error writing flash with V-klay

Can't write fullflash with V-KLAY, on adress 1F0000 get always the same error > WRITING DATA CRC ERROR. Phone died alone and looks like firmware problem. Software or defective FLASH RAM?

I had already experienced that problem.
In my limitated experienced, it was dued to bad PC-phone connection (bad contact in lumberg connector or cable connector) or to flash chip damnage.
In your case I propend for 2
 
Or ... try to use another flashers ... such as : SME45Tools, FREIA, or UniSiemens. If you found also the same problem with them, then ... it may cause by hardware problem.
