ME45 dead please help me

First My Me45 was system error, I try to Flash use Freia with FUBU ME45 lg7 v30, but the result is my ME45 Dead, on the window log like this
COMM_loadBoots : Internal Loader Version is 01.02
SEC_BCDIMEItoNormalIMEI : Invalid decoded IMEI
COMM_loadBoots : EEPROM IMEI [42] is corrupt
COMM_loadBoots : original IMEI is Empty [Not Locked]
COMM_loadBoots : found SIEMEN ME45 Lg7 V30 (1)
COMM_loadBoots : Flash id are 008988c4 [008988C4]-04F0
COMM_loadBoots phone id are 97F325C0 [00000000]
and unclock not accepted.
then I try to make FUBU with another ME45 using V_klay, and get ME45 lg1 v23, I reflash with SME45 v1.2, and unlock but the result block retrive and my phone EEPROM data damaged.
and my beloved ME45 was died.

Do anybody can help me pleaaaaase

well actualy i have been read old thread in archieve with the same problem
(that 2 year ago), for now all site are not availabe anymore. So please anybody help me
 
are you sure that you have set freia's configuration correctly? and use good fubu?
