me and my wife need financial aid for our child?

we just found out she is pregnant and was wondering what kind of help we could get to make sure the best for our child like wic, food stamps, housing,etc... i make 13.50 a hour but she is unemployed and working on her high school diploma (she is 19 i am 22) she thinks i make to much for any help but i will take anything i can to provide for my child.
