but idk mabie he needed dirt so he was planning on stealing some from the park down the road.. and decided to do it at night cauz there was a soft rain that day and it made the ground moist so it was easy to dig at :]
or he's a grave robber and he brought the bucket to put his treasure in :)
OR mabie he just did that for shits and giggles and knew someone was gonna be like WTF SCARY!!! :)

Nahh im only joking haha, but he could be borrowing the items or maybe he found them. But you're thinking that he was burying someone huh?..thats probably unlikely just to tell you now.
 
Maybe nothing. Don't worry I don't think he was getting ready to bury his victim... maybe he was just getting some supplies for tomorrow morning when he would do some early gardening or something.
