Me and My mom are starting a cake business, any ideas?

Hey! we are starting a cake business. i need a little advice, because i don't know exactly what a want to serve.
here are my ideas:
Cakes-
Chocolate
Vanilla
Yellow
Raspberry
etc
- all of them can be decorated.
Cookies-
Most kinds
Chocolate chip
Snickerdoodles
Oatmeal Raisin
Sugar Cookies
- all can be decorated as you want.
Cupcakes- all the flavors of cakes.
all can be decorated
also stuff like pastries.
those are my ideas. i've heard these businesses prosper.
plus my mom has amazing cakes! :)
