...arguing the reason, Opinions? Me and my friend had this dare -
if i asked out someone of his choice. He would ask someone out of my choice

I went through with my half, and now he refuses to go through with his half under the reason of "It'll be unfair as she (the person i asked out) was defiantly going to say yes"

Opinions?
 
sounds like a really lame excuse. he sounds like a crappy friend.
