Me and my boyfriend got into a fight, and then he pinned me against the wall?

He seriously pinned me there. There are actual marks on the tops of my arms/chest from his hands holding me so tightly. He was accusing me of cheating (like he always does) and I obviously didn't, so I was angry. We were both in eachother's face, and then he randomly just threw me up against the wall and held me there. I obviously tried to fight back and tried to release myself from his tight grip, but I had no luck. I was screaming at him, telling him to let me go but he wouldn't. When he finally let me go, he stormed out. Maybe an hour or so later he knocked on my door, but I wouldn't let him in. He called my cell a couple of times and sent texts saying he loves me and that he's sorry.

What should I do? I'm 18 and he's 22.. not that our age is relevant or anything

Dump the bastard, he's obviously a dumb knuckle dragged, if he's done it once he will do it again, the I'm sorry I love you is meant to make you believe him, don't fall for it, just another insecure brain dead deadbeat. What mind of guy thinks it's okay to man handle women, as if they have a right over you. He obviously regards you as property, otherwise he would not treat you that way. Dobthe smart think and get rid of him!
