me and my bf have hpv. can we still have oral sex?

i have the high-risk cerival cancer type. and since i have it, i'm guessingg my bf has it too. he hasn't got tested yet because he is in jail, and i told him while he was in there. he was really understanding. but i'm just wondering if we can still have oral sex? because it's one of our favorites. oh and quick question, once our immune system fights the virus off, can we still get the HPV vaccine if possible? thanks
