me and a friend are doing a bake sale for children in need?

i dont really want the cost all on them. we had a list of 16 which got narrowed down because she thourght half the things would not sell things like mince pies!!! so i was wondering what thing i could make before i go to her and help her make the rest of the stuff
what things would sell well to make some decent money
ps we already have coffee + walnut
victoria sponge
chocolate fudge cake
carrot cake
lemon ccupcakes
butter fly cakes
summer frut cupcakes
short bread
choclate chip cookies
and gingerbread men
