McDonald's two cheeseburger meal?

The McDonald's I'm often sent to during the summer months to fetch lunch for the shop is not full of intellectuals. Case in point, one guy at the shop is lactose intolerant so he orders a two hamburger meal. The cashier at Mickey D's says "Uhhh we don't have that, would you like something else?" me, "How about a two cheeseburger meal with no cheese?" her, "What to drink with that?". Really? you don't understand what I mean by a two hamburger meal? You couldn't figure it by yourself? has anybody else out there been denied a two hamburger meal at McDonald's?
