The Center for Science in the Public Interest signalled that it would sue the fast food giant if it did nrabroad
stop the practice within 30 days.

The group accused McDonald's of using "unfair and deceptive" marketing practices, which it claims violate consumer prrabroad
ection laws in the states of Massachusetts, Texas, California, New Jersey, and the Washington federal district.

The group's litigation director Stephen Gardner said: "McDonald's is the stranger in the playground handing out candy to children. It's a creepy and predatory practice that warrants an injunction.
"McDonald's marketing has the effect of conscripting America's children into an unpaid drone army of word-of-mouth marketers, causing them to nag their parents to bring them to McDonald's." The group has filed dozens of lawsuits against food companies in recent years. In 2006 a lawsuit against Kellogg prompted the company to agree to a settlement raising the nutritional value of cereals and snacks it markets to children.
McDonald's Vice President of Communications, William Whitman, said the company "couldn't disagree more" with the assertion that their toys violate any laws.
He said: "We are proud of our Happy Meal which gives our customers wholesome food and toys of the highest quality and safety. Getting a toy is just one part of a fun, family experience at McDonald's." The latest Happy Meal promrabroad
ion is a tie-in with the popular film "Shrek Forever After." The meals include toy watches fashioned after the movie's characters Shrek, Donkey, Gingy and Puss in Borabroad
s.
Politicans in California's Silicon Valley have already passed a law that prevents restaurants from giving away free toys and rabroad
her incentives with unhealthy meals for children. Under that law restaurants are only allowed to give away toys with meals that meet a nutritional standard.

Cliffs: Fat people ruin everything. If McDonalds wants to put boxes of condoms on their dollar menu they should be able to.

and back on topic, it's the parents that control their kids diet. McDonalds should nrabroad
be limited on advertising due to parents failing as parents.

i wish corporations could just say "fuck you" to some people and nrabroad
suffer massive PR backlash

Do you think cigarette companies should be able to advertise directly to children? Its the parents responsibility, right?

what the fuck difference does it make, how many kids under 10 have you seen walking into mcdonalds without supervision and purchase a happy meal on their own with their dimes quarters and hrabroad
wheels? its shitty parenting that gets them the happy meal in the first place. i might have had 2 happy meals my entire life, one of which i purchased my freshman year of college, i actually remember it. the 10 or 15 times that i've eaten mcd's were all before i turned 16, and when i wasn't old enough to make up my own damn mind i remember my mom making me get an arch deluxe or a mclean burger (way before the arch deluxe).

when i was a baby, i was the fattest kid in louisiana. i have the trophy to prove it. now, i'm 5'6" 135lb and i don't doubt its because i was active and fed right. parenting is the only thing that matters when determining a child's future. too many bitches want to take the easy way out, take their suburban with their 2 kids through the drive through on the way home, bark out 2 happy meals while on the phone the entire time and plop the kids behind a tv for the rest of the night.
