McDonalds 1$ sausage burrito sausages?

...the tiny little balls of sausage in the 1$ sausage burrito. They are so GOOD! O_O!

does anyone know what kind of sausages they are?
or how to make them?
 
sounds disgusting, especially from McDonalds. I don't know, but know they are sausage taken from an animal.
