Caliber is an American car whose reputation is not that good. Smooth ride, stable, safe but weak engine. Mazda is too light and maybe not too stable and safe but powerful enough. Which one do you suggest?

The Mazda is a really good car and will be much more reliable, cheaper to maintain, cheaper to insure, and better on gas. Not a very hard decision to make in my opinion!

Mazda 3. The Dodge Caliber is not a very fun car to drive. Don't take my word for it. Do your own research and see that nearly every car magazine in the world writes that the Mazda 3 is a much better car. Not only is it stylish, reliable and extremely fun to drive, but it also retains more of its value over time. The Dodge Neon (which was replaced by the Caliber) was a better driving car. But the Neon just didn't look very sexy. The Mazda is fun to drive and looks better than most other compacts out there. Again. You don't have to take my word for it. Go test drive both cars. Read and research about them and you'll see. ZOOM. ZOOM. ZOOM.
