Mazda Tribute ABS lawsuit?

I reacently received a letter stating a recall on my 2001 Tribute ABS (letter dated "February 2012"). They do not have parts right now and suggest that I park my vehicle outdoors away from structures to prevent fires from spreading while waiting on the part. This fire can happen while the car is off or in operation. They did not offer any alternate vehicle or transportation compensation. Can they really expect people to park their life, or dive their children around in cars that can catch at any time?
Wondering who the lawyers are for the class action lawsuit. Since Monday is a holiday, I will call the local dealership Tuesday for an update on the repairs.
