mazda RX8's for sale?

I've been looking at some used RX8's on the internet, and a lot of them are 2004 and 2005. Any reason for that?
 
The RX8 is one of the lead selling sports cars on the market, but recently youve got cars like the Nissan 350Z and the Ford Focus RS and these cars are taking over the market. I have to say though, if your looking for a cool car you want a black 1985 Merc SL or a E30 M3
